1. Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end and flush the valve fully open.
2. Check the valve holes and clean them. Flush and clean any accumulated impurities in the pipeline (these substances can damage the valve seat and ball).
3. During installation, do not use the valve stem or handle as a fulcrum to lift objects. It can prevent accidents such as collapse.
4. Connect the valve to the pipeline. This type of valve can be placed in any position and direction within the pipeline. Fix both ends on the flange and add a flange gasket between the two flanges for fixation.
5. The pipelines near the installation site should not sag or bear external forces. You can use pipe supports or brackets to clean pipe misalignment.
6. Next, align the two flanges with the flange holes using bolts and tighten them to ensure a secure connection.
